Terms of use
Edition 2026-10-06
These terms are an agreement between you and Royal Lines Inc., which provides the GlogerMatch service: the app and its web version. You accept these terms before you create a profile, and a profile cannot be created without accepting them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Who can use the service
You can use GlogerMatch if:
- you are 18 or older
- you have one account, it is yours alone, and you neither create a second one nor hand yours over to anyone else
- your profile tells the truth about you: your name, your real date of birth, your own photos and what you state about yourself in the optional profile fields, such as your height, children, education and work
- we have not previously deleted or permanently suspended an account of yours for breaking these terms
Child safety standards: CSAE and CSAM are prohibited
These standards apply to GlogerMatch: worldview dating (listed in Russian as GlogerMatch: знакомства) and its web version, provided by Royal Lines Inc. The service is for adults aged 18 and over only.
GlogerMatch prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and has zero tolerance for it. This includes sexualizing children, grooming them for sexual purposes, sextortion, child sex trafficking and any other sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is prohibited, including photos, videos and computer-generated sexual imagery involving minors. These rules apply to profiles, photos, private messages, message requests and clubs.
You can report a child safety concern without leaving the app: tap the flag on a person's profile or in a chat, or press and hold a message or message request, choose Report and select Child safety. To report a club, use its menu. Reports go to our moderation queue.
When we identify CSAM, we remove access to the material, preserve necessary evidence for investigation and permanently suspend the account involved. We report confirmed cases to NCMEC, the US National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, or the relevant regional authority, and to law enforcement as required by applicable law.
You can also contact info@glogermatch.com about child safety or a violation. Do not email abuse material; identify the profile or message instead. If someone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
What is not allowed
In your profile, in club names and descriptions, in photos, in messages and anywhere else in the service, you must not:
- harass, insult or threaten anyone
- spread hate: demean people or call for violence against them because of race, ethnicity, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic
- violate the child safety standards above
- post sexually explicit content: nudity or sexual acts in photos, or sexually explicit messages
- send spam or advertising
- scam anyone: ask for money, gifts or investments, lure people into financial schemes, or trick them into giving away passwords or card details
- impersonate anyone or post someone else's photos
- post other people's personal data without their consent: addresses, phone numbers, documents, photos
- break the law in any other way
- get around a block, moderation or the deletion of an account
How to report and block
- On a card in the feed, on a person's profile and in a chat there is a flag button. Tap it and choose a reason for your report, or Block without reporting.
- To report a single message, press and hold it in the chat and tap Report message.
- To report a club message, press and hold it in the club feed and choose Report. To report an entire club, use its menu; to report a member, use the flag on that person's card.
- A message without a match is a request. The recipient may decline it without explanation. A report or a block ends the request. To report its content, press and hold the message on the request screen, or use the flag to report its sender.
- A report about a person or their message blocks that person at once. After a block you no longer see each other, the match ends and the private conversation is deleted. Messages in the club are hidden from each other but remain visible to other members.
- A moderator reviews reports.
- You can also write to us about a violation at info@glogermatch.com. If you are in danger, contact the police right away.
Photo moderation
- Photos are visible to others as soon as they are uploaded, and a moderator reviews them after that.
- A moderator rejects a photo that breaks these terms. Others no longer see it, you still see it marked Rejected, and we send you a letter about it.
- If all your photos are rejected, your profile is not shown in the feed until you add a new one.
What happens when the rules are broken
If content or behavior breaks these terms, we may:
- remove the content
- suspend the account temporarily or permanently
- delete the account permanently
We decide on the basis of reports and of our own review. For a serious violation we act without warning.
Your content
- You are responsible for what you post in your profile, in photos, in club names and descriptions, and in messages.
- By posting content, you allow us to store it and to show it to other users of the service for as long as it is in the service. We get no other rights to it.
- Leaving a club removes you from its member list, but your messages stay in its feed. A moderator may hide a message or close a club that breaks these terms.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by letter. How to do it, and what is deleted, is described on the Delete account page.
Limitation of liability
- The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it running without interruptions and errors, but we do not promise that.
- We do not verify users' identities and are not responsible for what they write or do, in the service or outside it. Be careful when you meet someone in person.
- To the extent the law allows, Royal Lines Inc. is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or harm caused by other users.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. A new edition appears on this page with a new date. We announce material changes in the app or by letter before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new edition.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, USA. If the law of the country where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived by contract, these terms do not take them away.
